Jeanne Hodesh holds an MFA from Hunter College and a BA from Sarah Lawrence College. She writes personal essays, articles about entrepreneurs and food, and is at work on a coming of age memoir about growing up in a family business. She has taught literature and writing at Hunter College and Grace Church School, volunteered as a mentor with Girls Write Now, and led writing workshops for the New York Writers Coalition.
Jeanne built her career in communications by representing institutions rooted in service to the community. Whether promoting the farmers market or the library, her instincts as a storyteller guide her approach to writing copy, pitching stories, organizing press conferences, and speech development. Her dedication and creativity have resulted in local and national press coverage, successful audience engagement campaigns, and increased brand recognition. If you would like to work together, please be in touch!
